At Equine Protection of North America (EPONA), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that rescues, rehabilitates, and re-adopts abused and neglected horses, there are a number of magnificent rescued equines who are hoping to receive a valentine from you!
In order to raise much-needed funds to supply the horses with grain, hay, bedding, and medications throughout the winter, we are asking for your support! It's EASY to help the horses...
Please choose a horse (or horses!) from the list below. We invite you to send your chosen horse a special valentine card with a $1 donation (of course, the horses will not turn away $5, $20...whatever you would like to share!). It seems like a small amount, but every bit really does go a long way! We will hang the cards each horse receives on their stall door for the Valentine's Day, so you will be adding a bit of love to the horses' home with your valentine card!
