Top 5 Cash Collect Slots by Playtech

Cash Collect: Atlantis online slot machine game by Playtech

The largest game provider in the industry and pioneers of online casino innovation have hit the jackpot once again when it comes to player experience with their eye-catching Cash Collect slot series.

What’s behind the success of Playtech’s latest integration? Why is it so popular? And what every player wants to know; which are the best games to feature it?

Read on to find out as we give you a breakdown of how the mechanic works, along with our Top 5 Cash Collect slot games.

What is the Cash Collect feature in Playtech slots?

The cash collect feature is triggered when a specific symbol lands on the reels. The position where it can typically appear on the reel set and what it can reward varies from game to game but it normally offers a selection of the following when it drops:

  • Instant cash wins
  • Free Spins
  • Fixed and progressive jackpot prizes

The Cash Collect symbol must land on the reels at the same time as the gold coin symbols for the instant cash wins. Similarly, it must drop on to the reel set along with the free spins symbols for a go at everyone’s favourite type of bonus round. Landing a glistening diamond symbol with a Cash Collect will award you with one of the displayed jackpot prizes – often worth up to 1,000x your bet.

To make things more entertaining and potentially lucrative, the Cash Collect feature plays a role during both the base game and bonus rounds, which can lead to an accumulation of extra cash rewards, multipliers, and free spins. Even the fixed jackpots can theoretically be won multiple times in the same session.

It’s this level of engagement and win potential that has made the trademark mechanic so popular with online slot machine players. The number of Playtech slots to incorporate it is ever-growing, and with these excellent games included as the qualifying games in our Casino.com Welcome Package, we felt it was a good idea to share our Top 5 Playtech Cash Collect slots with you before you sign up and claim your Welcome Bonus and Free Spins!

5. Cash Collect: Silver Bullet Bandit

Saddle up for a highly volatile wander into the Wild West with our Number 5 entry in our list of best Cash Collect slots. Silver Bullet Bandit is a slick-looking release that slings bountiful multipliers your way and features a nudge action that classic slot machine lovers will tip their cowboy hats to.

The Cash Collect symbol will appear only on reel 5 in the main game and rewards you instantly with any money values or free spins that may be present on the reels when it lands.

In the free spins round, this special symbol can land anywhere and becomes sticky for up to 10 spins, determined by a spinning bullet chamber.

While the Cash Collect symbol remains in place, an unlimited amount of additional free spins can be triggered if more free spins symbols drop. If a diamond symbol lands, you’ll be galloping off into the sunset with one of the four fixed jackpots!

4. Cash Collect: Atlantis

The next destination to uncover this special shiny symbol is deep down in the depths of ancient Greek mythology and the famous lost island of Atlantis.

Similar to Silver Bullet Bandit, the Cash Collect symbol lands on the fifth reel in the main game to reward you with any coin values present. The difference here is the free spins round and the four jackpots.

Landing three or four money symbols will activate a free spins game where you can build up a pot, initially set according to the value of the triggering coins, which can be won or reset an unlimited number of times. Additional free spins can also be added throughout the round with no limit.

This entertaining and unpredictable free spins mechanic, along with more lucrative fixed jackpots for landing a diamond, sees this discovery float up to a deserved fourth place in our chart.

3. Cash Collect: Football

Released by Playtech just in time for the Qatar World Cup in November 2022, Football is the latest title to take on the Cash Collect theme and keep enthusiasts of the unique game mechanic onside.

As big fans of the beautiful game ourselves at Casino.com, it’s the sporty reskin that we particularly like here. The game format remains a familiar one, with the Cash Collect symbol appearing on reel 5 to score you those money-symbol wins and free spins.

This time, the sticky Cash Collect symbols shift from right to left along the reels in the free spins round, with every spin that follows their initial landing, until their pre-determined time is up.

Think it’s all over? Think again. Those diamonds and fixed jackpots are back to make you really feel ‘at home’.

2. Cash Collect: Leprechaun’s Luck

We just can’t get enough of Irish-themed slots and such is the popularity of this genre, it’s no surprise that Playtech’s Cash Collect series has taken a trip over to the Emerald Isle to make a pot of gold of its own with its iconic shiny coin symbols.

The free spins game works in the same way that we described earlier in our Football description, with multiple Cash Collect symbols walking across the reels from right to left to increase those accumulative wins.

This time though, we’re swapping the soccer stadium for the more familiar Gaelic green hills. And by now, we probably don’t need to explain how those fixed jackpots work. Feeling lucky?

1. Cash Collect: Sahara Riches

Cash Collect: Sahara Riches online slot machine game by Playtech

We’re taking a trip out to the desert for our Number 1 pick of the Playtech Cash Collect series, and where it all began for us! Sahara Riches was the first Cash Collect slot to be added to our casino lobby and it remains our favourite.

No major mirages here – everything works in pretty much the same way as the other variations we’ve talked about. However, in this edition, those special symbols in the free spins game lock in place for three spins every time. If a few of them end up on the reels together, you really can gather up some nice wins.

The well-balanced medium volatility, and subtle but shiny animations to complement the atmospheric soundtrack, make this spin through the Saharan sand our overall top choice.

ACMA Asks ISPs to Block More Offshore Operators and Affiliates

ACMA Asks ISPs to Block More Offshore Operators and Affiliates

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) announced that it has requested the blocks of several more illegal offshore gambling websites and affiliate marketing websites. The regulatory body contacted Internet service providers in Australia, asking them to block access to the domains in question.

The new ban wave saw the ACMA request the bans of eight websites in total. According to the ACMA, recent investigations found that the concerned sites were operating in breach of Australia’s Interactive Gambling Act 2001. As a result, their operations should be immediately blocked.

The ACMA listed the websites it requested blocks against. They include the following brands:

  • Casino Jax
  • Mirax Casino
  • Wild Fortune Casino
  • Kosmonaut Casino
  • Slotozen
  • Rolling Slots
  • N1 Bet Casino
  • No Deposit Kings

These are only the latest sites the ACMA took action against.

ACMA Continues the War on Offshore Sites

The authority has been working hard to prevent illegal online gambling operators from accessing the local regulated market. The ACMA has been waging this war on unlicensed websites for years now and has successfully blocked a total of 709 offshore operators and affiliates.

The regulator began its crusade against unlicensed websites in 2017 when it started to strictly enforce the offshore gambling rules. As a result, more than 180 illegal services ceased their operations in the Australian market.

The regulator used its latest ban wave as an opportunity to remind consumers that offshore websites can be very dangerous. The regulator pointed out that since such websites are illegal, they are not obliged to pay out winnings. Even if offshore operators seem legitimate, they may still not offer sufficient player protections to shield their customers from fraud or problem gambling.

The ACMA also pointed out that Australian customers can check the full list of licensed wagering services in its official register. It also urged customers to check the ACMA website for additional information on legal gambling, as well as advice on how to spot and report an unlicensed site.

In February, the ACMA further expanded its file of illegal gambling websites, adding 24 Casino, Olympia Casino, Pokie Surf, Stellar Spins, Boomerang Casino and Rock n Reels to the list.

Earlier this month, the ACMA reached an agreement with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office to combat unsolicited calls and texts, as well as phone scams. The two parties penned a Memorandum of Understanding to work together and share crucial intelligence. The bodies will assist each other in investigations, working harder to secure the safety of customers in the UK and Australia.

Spanish Lawmakers Approve Tougher Responsible Gambling Measures

Spanish flags

Strengthening protections

Spain’s Council of Ministers has approved a new royal decree that will strengthen responsible gambling measures across the country. The “Royal Decree on Responsible Gambling Environments” will be in place in the 17 autonomous Spanish communities. The main goal of the legislation is to “strengthen the protection of underage and vulnerable consumers, especially those aged 18 to 25.”

licensees must put in place new duty of care rules

Gambling operators in Spain will now have to adhere to the new requirements. All licensees must put in place new duty of care rules, which will include creating risk profiles of customers and closely monitoring certain types of users.

Closer monitoring

Operators will have to closely watch any users whose net loss is €600 ($635) over a three-week period. The net loss threshold drops to €200 ($212) if the user is younger than 25. Anyone who falls into this bracket will need to be treated as an at-risk gambler.

A person who is categorized as at-risk will be sent a warning message and a monthly summary of their gambling activity. Their account will be suspended if they do not reply within 72 hours. These people will also not be allowed to add funds to their accounts with credit cards or join any VIP program.

Some gambling operators have criticized the new measures, believing that they are hyper-restrictive and unnecessary.

Marketing restrictions are also in place with the decree. For example, marketing teams cannot send any promotions to young people if they had no previous interactions with the operator.

Dealing with problem gambling

Most of the new rules will go into effect six months after they are published in the Official State Gazette. Some of the more complex regulations will likely be given a 12-month transition period.

One of the big reasons why Spanish lawmakers have been tightening gambling-related laws in recent years is the growing concern over problem gambling rates in the country, especially among young people. Easy access to online gambling is said to be a factor in rising addiction levels.

problem gambling activity among young people between 14 and 18 years old is 3.4%

A study by an addiction welfare clinic estimated that the level of problem gambling activity among people in Spain between 14 and 18 years old is 3.4%. The Spanish government has committed to increasing expenditure on gambling addiction prevention from €1.1m ($1.16m) to €2.2m ($2.3m).

Significant fines will be handed out to operators that do not fall in line with Spain’s gambling laws. The Ministry of Consumption has the ability to issue fines as high as €50m ($53m) and can strip gaming licenses from operators if the matter is especially serious.

Vermont Considers Mobile Sports Betting Legalization

Vermont Considers Mobile Sports Betting Legalization

Lawmakers in Vermont continue to discuss a measure that would see the state launch its own mobile sports betting market. While some are still reluctant to expand the state’s wagering industry, others believe that legal betting will prevent the black market from reigning supreme.

The bill in question goes under the name H.127 and, if passed, would see Vermont provide two to six companies with mobile sports betting licenses. The vertical will be regulated by the Department of Liquor and Lottery, which serves as the state’s gambling authority.

H.127’s backers say that The Green Mountain State will greatly benefit from a legal mobile sports betting ecosystem. They argue that the state is currently losing a lot of money to the black market, which allegedly has many customers in the state. Some believe that Vermont is losing millions in potential tax revenue because of not having a legal market.

A Bid to Curb the Black Market

Representative Matt Birong cited his personal experience as an example. He said that he had been invited to a Super Bowl party where he saw many people place bets with unregulated mobile sports betting operators.

It is a well-established fact that unregulated gambling companies are not bound by the same rules that bind their licensed counterparts. As a result, players who opt to play with illegal companies are exposed to greater risks. Unlicensed operators, for example, rarely offer sufficient player protections. According to Birong, licensed gambling giants are much more reliable and deserving of players’ trust.

As further evidence of how dangerous the black market is, lawmakers addressed data that GeoComply recently shared with the House Committee on Government Operations and Military Affairs. According to that data, as many as 17,000 had tried to access illegal sports betting platforms between September 2022 and February 2023.

GeoComply is a reliable geolocation specialist that recently shared data about the performance of Massachusetts’ fresh online sports betting market.

Vermont Should Also Take Safer Gambling into Consideration

Proponents of H.127 believe that establishing a safe and legal mobile sports betting market will benefit the entire state. However, while the measure has strong backing, certain concerns remain. as lawmakers are still uncertain about how Vermont will deal with problem gambling.

Even if H.127 makes the vote, many believe that the state should secure problem gambling resources and education before launching online sports betting. Since the state is yet to foray into the world of online gaming, such a system would have to be built from scratch.

Web3 and iGaming – The Future?

Web3 and iGaming – The Future?

With this in mind, what opportunities are there for the betting and gaming industry to become involved with what is being billed as the future of the internet? We spoke to several industry executives, to wit Dmitry Starostenkov, CEO of EvenBet Gaming, Daniel Heywood, CEO of NuxGame, and Suren Khachatryan, founder and CEO at Technamin to understand how web3 could shape the next generation of consumer engagement.

Q: What scope is there for the industry to become more connected with web3?

Suren Khachatryan (SK): Web3 has been making waves in our industry for quite some time now, but I think we have yet to scratch the surface when it comes to its potential impact. Crypto and blockchain are now key parts of many online gambling websites, and NFTs are becoming even more common. Outside of gambling, you have games like Minecraft and Fortnite which are actively making use of Web3 and related technologies.

Both platform providers and operators seek to create the ultimate gambling experience for the end users, as do game developers. With the advent of Web3, we will be able to achieve that goal and create more immersive journeys for players while each of us plays our respective roles.

Dmitry Starostenkov (DS): For now, a small one. Though web3 is a very prospective technological approach, it still has considerable limitations. It is not massively accessible as web2, demands a high level of user education, and still depends a lot on the existing centralised infrastructure. It will take quite a while for the verticals relying on the mass player influx, like sports betting or slots, to make such a transit. On top of that, there are regulatory issues based on procedures contrary to web3 principles, including KYC, user data stored by the operators, and affordability checks. From most of the authorities point of view, web3-based gaming is in the grey area or the worst case, illegal (for example, in the USA). This issue needs to be solved to provide security to the companies wishing to involve in this gaming activity.

Daniel Heywood (DH): One potential area for integration with web3 is through the use of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. DeFi protocols allow for the creation of decentralized betting and gaming platforms that operate on the blockchain, eliminating the need for intermediaries such as banks or payment processors. This can lead to faster and cheaper transactions, greater transparency, and enhanced security. Another area is through the use of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). NFTs can be used to represent unique virtual assets such as in-game items, collectables, and even land or property in virtual worlds. By integrating NFTs into their games, iGaming companies can create more immersive and engaging experiences for users, as well as new revenue streams through the sale and exchange of these digital assets.

Finally, web3 technology can be used to improve the fairness and transparency of iGaming using smart contracts. Smart contracts are self-executing programs that automatically execute when certain conditions are met. By using smart contracts, iGaming companies can ensure that games are provably fair and that payouts are automatically and transparently distributed to winners.

Q: How can web3 offer a different experience from what’s already available online?

DS: Web3 offers a new approach to many aspects of digital activities that we couldn’t even imagine during the early years of internet access. It looks like it can answer numerous tricky questions: for example, controlling digital identity and data, fair gaming transparency, and solving banking access and financial security issues. Strictly saying, web3 doesn’t change significantly any gaming experience. Still, it provides a new level of privacy and data control online that is highly important for competent online users who often worry about cases of personal data abuse, financial fraud, and other modern online gaming challenges and problems. The importance of personal data online security will only grow in the years to come, and for the iGaming industry, it is bound to become a massive issue.

SK: Firstly, let’s take a look at live casinos. These obviously strive to replicate the feeling of being in an actual casino, with interactive displays and live dealers. Now, imagine adding Web3 and other technologies such as VR and AR to the mix. The player will, quite literally, enter a world with which they can directly interact, especially if elements of in-game NFT purchases can be added. Additionally, they could communicate with other players in the same environment, which will introduce an added social dimension. From a player’s perspective, this is truly a next-level experience that would not be possible without technologies like Web3.

Aside from that, the blockchain and crypto technology which is attached to Web3 will play an even greater role when it comes to payments. Players now prefer security, speed, and anonymity with their transactions, and crypto provides all of them.

DH: Web3 is built on decentralized technologies like blockchains that can eliminate the need for intermediaries like banks, payment processors, or even iGaming platforms themselves. This can create a more decentralized and democratized gaming experience, where players have more control over their gaming experience and assets. It also enables greater transparency in iGaming by providing a tamper-proof record of all transactions on the blockchain, making it easier to verify the fairness of games and ensure that players are receiving fair payouts.

Allowing ownership of virtual assets, in-game items, skins, or even land or property in virtual worlds can provide a sense of ownership and investment in games. The incentive mechanisms it creates such as tokens or cryptocurrency rewards can motivate players to participate in games. Lastly, Web3 allows for interoperability between different gaming platforms and ecosystems, meaning that players can use their assets across multiple games or platforms. All of these different offerings provide greater flexibility and freedom for players and can also help to build larger and more vibrant gaming communities.

Q: How is your company looking to get involved with web3 and the crypto space in general?

DH: By delivering payment solutions to our customers, such as Solana and the Phantom Payment Extension, Petra the extension wallet of Aptos blockchain, Metamask, Trust Wallet and more NuxGame is demonstrating a commitment to providing users with a wider range of payment options.

Furthermore, as the crypto space continues to evolve, there may be additional opportunities for NuxGame to explore. We are developing a potential way of integrating NFTs into our gaming platform, which could allow users to buy, sell, and trade unique in-game items and rewards in the broader crypto ecosystem. Overall, by staying at the forefront of web3 and the crypto space, NuxGame can continue to provide users with a cutting-edge and innovative gaming experience. By exploring new technologies and payment solutions, NuxGame can differentiate itself from other iGaming companies and attract a wider range of users, thereby increasing its overall competitiveness and success in the industry.

SK: We are already active in the crypto sphere. Our casino and sportsbook products, for example, have recently been revamped to allow players to both deposits and withdraw using their cryptocurrency of choice. It supports a wide variety of currencies, including the most popular ones. Operators can leverage this to their advantage at a time when the market simply demands crypto.

In terms of Web3, we are in the research phase and will surely integrate that into our products as well. Innovation, after all, is a cornerstone of what we do here at Technamin, and we are always open to experimenting with new technologies. Web3 is something that we have set our sights on and it’s only a matter of time before we implement it.

DS: We’ve been working with crypto since 2014, so EvenBet Gaming was among the early adopters in iGaming. Our poker and gaming platforms already support using web3, and one of the web3-based projects using our software is in the pre-launch now. Due to the limitations mentioned, it’s not yet for everyone, but operators are already looking for web3 solutions; every project has its audience, and crypto enthusiasts or privacy-conscious users are creating a gradually growing segment of players.

Q: Is web3 the future in terms of engaging with the next generation of bettors/players?

DS: It is promising: the new generation of online users knows more about the importance of privacy and possible threats online. While involved in online gaming, they will pay close attention to providing any personal and financial data to a third party. It is a part of the industry’s evolution: in the beginning, users were ready to play just anywhere, now they are looking for fair and entertaining options, and soon, they will demand data and identity security guarantees. Web3 projects may give them such a level of safety.

SK: I believe that it will be a big part of this. Thanks to Web3’s capabilities, we will not only be able to engage players more effectively but also make their experience even more immersive and personalised. From a player acquisition and retention perspective, this will also start a whole new chapter. These technologies will have a significant impact on gamification tools and bonus engines, which will in turn positively impact the acquisition and retention phases as well. The sky is the limit when it comes to Web3, and we are all eager to both witness and tap into the full potential of this exciting phenomenon.

DH: Web3 has the potential to be a key technology in engaging with the next generation of bettors and players in the iGaming industry. The younger generation, which includes Millennials and Gen Z, is increasingly tech-savvy and interested in new and innovative ways of gaming. The decentralized nature of web3 can be very appealing to younger players who are interested in the value of digital assets. Web3 offers a range of features that could help iGaming companies appeal to this audience and create a more immersive and engaging gaming experience.

Web3 can also appeal to younger generations concerned with issues related to social responsibility and sustainability. Web3 allows for greater transparency in terms of the environmental impact of iGaming, as blockchain-based systems can be designed to be more energy-efficient and eco-friendly. This can help to attract players who are interested in gaming but also want to support companies that are socially and environmentally responsible.

The decentralized nature of web3 means that players can connect and interact with each other in more meaningful ways. This can be particularly appealing to players who are interested in gaming as a social and interactive experience. While it can be difficult to predict with certainty, companies that embrace these technologies and build more immersive and community-driven gaming experiences are likely to be well-positioned to succeed in the coming years.

Stakelogic and Fonbet Ink Content Integration Agreement for Greece

Spinomenal Enters Greek Market with Stoiximan

Without a doubt, Stakelogic has been on an ongoing journey to grow and take the industry by storm. Proving it doesn’t like to waste any time, the studio that puts innovation at the forefront of all its games has been bagging one big operator after another in a series of important partnerships.

One of its latest accomplishments is a content distribution deal inked with the Belgium-based casino operator PepperMill. Now, the company that has chosen “Think Bigger” as its slogan has announced a similar agreement directed at the Greek market.

Fontbet, the sports betting company founded in 1994, has agreed to start delivering Stakelogic’s iconic classic and video slot titles to its Greek players.

What Can Greek Players Expect?

Just like the rest of the content integration deals signed by the studio, the fresh agreement for the Greek gaming market will bring a lot of versatility and premium quality to Fonbet’s existing game library.

As explained by Fontbet’s Plumo Ltd Athens branch’s deputy general director Yiannis Gangas, their players will “enjoy some of the most popular slots in the market” thanks to the new deal with Stakelogic.

Greek players will be introduced to Stakelogic’s old-school, classic games which the studio is probably best known. The games are packed with elements that carry players back in time, such as the standard cherries, melons, 7x, grapes, bells, and bars.

Some of the most popular classic slot games Greek players will get access to via Fontbet’s platform are Runner 8 Runner, Super Bonus Wild Mega Runner, Bonus Runner, and Super 6 Timer.

All of these games are also cleverly mixed with fast-paced, lucrative game mechanics and features like Free Spins, Multipliers, and Wilds that ramp up the potential wins.

Fontbet will also offer Stakelogic’s modern-day, engaging video slots with mesmerizing graphics, excellent audio, and adrenaline-pumping features. Among the games, we can mention Wild Buzz, Cash Express, El Cowboy Megaways, Star Staxx, or Diamond Staxx Multipays.

Super Stake and Spin to Win, Available via Fontbet

Since the studio is determined to offer state-of-the-art games that “are changing how players play”, it is constantly busy working on creating special features that can revolutionize the industry.

Among them, we can mention their excellent Spin to Win and Super Stake features which can now be used by Fonbet’s players in Greece.

The Super Stake feature enables players to double their bet and this way boost their chances of triggering a bonus and landing a highly lucrative win combination.

The Spin to Win feature mixes Random Number Generator gameplay with a progressive jackpot Game Show that has its own live host. The feature enables players to spin a live wheel packed with prizes and potentially scoop up a massive win.

Stakelogic’s senior sales manager Danila Dzehs spoke about the new agreement with Fonbet, expressing excitement about the operator’s players being able to “activate Super Stake and enjoy their first Spin to Win round.”

Borgata to Rebrand, Redesign The Water Club for $55M

Borgata to Rebrand, Redesign The Water Club for $55M

The remodel will be all-encompassing for the guest experience, bringing new nautical design elements and celebrating the beauty of Atlantic City’s Marina District. Guests will be able to enjoy the new experience right from the start with their arrival through settling into their accommodations.

New Design to Invoke Coastal Feelings

The design and craftsmanship of Borgata’s reimagined hotel will be the fruit of a collaboration between the MGM Resorts International Design Group and RVD Associates. The latter is an award-winning interior design firm, with a name that carries weight internationally. The project’s estimation is $55 million and is scheduled for completion by Memorial Day weekend.

All 700+ guestrooms will feature warm and bright décor, with deep wood finishes and a coastal feel. A collection of the luxurious Vista Suites, located at the tower’s corners, will offer wraparound views of Atlantic City’s beauty. Additionally, a 9,000-foot versatile event space will replace the former Immersion Spa on the 32nd floor, offering breathtaking views and event-tailored capabilities.

“Introducing the MGM Tower connects Borgata with the unparalleled entertainment and resort experiences MGM Resorts is recognized for worldwide,” said the chief operating officer of MGM Resorts International Corey Sanders.

The resort’s president and chief operation officer Travis Lunn echoed the same sentiment as Sanders.

As we approach the resort’s 20th anniversary, we are more committed than ever to remaining a leader in hospitality and entertainment by continuing to evolve the Borgata experience.

Travis Lunn, COO, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa

Hence, the redesign and renaming of The Water Club are not only aimed at providing a fresher and more contemporary feel but to drive visitation rates well into the future as well.

MGM Resorts’ Global Activity Increasing

Another recently redesigned MGM Resorts International operation was Borgata Casino’s high-limit slots Miralto lounge. Miralto reopened in December 2022, after its multi-million redesign, offering a luxurious and exquisite experience. Plans for further renovation were shared back then, signaling that more changes were slated for the future.

Outside of Vegas and Nevada as a whole, MGM’s properties are still keeping the media busy with positive coverage. The MGM National Harbor is in Oxon Hill, Maryland, and its 2022 gross gaming revenue (GGR) won it the accolade of most profitable casino outside of Nevada, according to information by the American Gaming Association.

MGM has also been keeping busy outside the US overall, with its Macau establishment winning a new gaming concession last year. The company announced it will be investing $2 billion in MGM China – its Chinese subsidiary. The investment will be spread over the next decade, and tourism and non-gaming facilities will be a heavy focus.

The latter is driven by Macau’s new requirements for concessionaires, as increasing non-gaming activities was a vital part of the requirements updates. The special administrative region (SAR) recently lifted its mask mandates, exiting the COVID-19 pandemic. This, along with other factors, brought about optimism that the SAR can reach its $16 billion GGR target.
