Moving forward, all of this will be bolstered by the addition of 1Click Games’ unique products. Those include lottery, aggregation, land-based, crypto, and other high-performing solutions.
1Click Games has been delivering outstanding products for the iGaming industry since it was founded back in 2014. The company intends to continue doing so under its new parent company. He further praised the team behind the 1Click Games brand. McIntyre noted that they are accomplished specialists in various spheres, such as payments, compliance, customer service, development, engineering, and more.
A Marriage Meant to Enhance Global Expansion
The acquisition was similarly praised by 1Click Games CEO Maksims Terehovics. The executive said that he was very happy to see the company join the Lion Gaming Group family. The collaboration will further consolidate the brands’ global expansion efforts and growth ambitions.
“We can offer a range of premier products to both regular and crypto businesses through the combination of technologies and products. It allows us to create a truly unique proposition for the market,” Terehovics explained.
