Ralph is a nineteen -year-old bay Thoroughbred gelding. Ralph has an enlarged knee, which is the end result of a racing injury.  The injury is at least thirteen years old and until recently it had put no restrictions on Ralph's ability to get around. With the winter months setting in and Ralph's limited ability to get around in the snow he is becoming increasingly stiff on the swollen knee. It is expected that with warmer weather and more favorable conditions that Ralph will regain most of his flexibility in the knee.  He is very attached and very protective of  our Queen Mabel. Any future adoption will  require another horse to be on the property.
